Construction Project Manager

Trillium Construction is now seeking a Construction Project Manager for direct-hire!

Our client is a multi-faceted Commercial construction general contractor that is licensed in multiple states in the US.  Their area of expertise is in Medical Facilities, warehousing, and fast food/restaurants. They are currently looking to add a Construction Project Manager to their team. This is a direct hire role with the company.   

Responsibilities: 
-Ensures compliant with drawings, specifications, and regulations  
-Builds relationships with subcontractors and business partners  
-Oversees permits, design documents budgets and schedules 
-Implementing and monitoring safety policies and procedures 

Full benefit and bonus package available. Salary: $80,000- $130,000. Apply now!

Qualifications: 
-3+ year’s Commercial Project Management or 5+ years as an Assistant Project Manager 
-Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management preferred  
-Must be proficient with Microsoft Office  
-Capable of leading preconstruction activities 
-Must be open to travel when needed
